A client came to us with a bungalow that they needed renovating so they could rent it out at the end of the renovation.
We started off by replacing all the fascia’s and soffits with new UPVC but also found when removing the old ones that some of the wood had to be replaced.
Also all of the old windows and doors were replaced with new UPVC windows and doors.
Inside the bungalow we fitted all new flooring with engineered oak in the lounge, hall, and bedrooms the kitchen and bathroom had luxury vinyl tiles installed.
A new kitchen was fitted along with a new bathroom suite.
All the electrics were renewed .
All the room were skimmed with plaster and the front of the bungalow was rendered.
New oak doors were fitted throughout .
